Warm Up

Essential to any Karate class for 3-5-year-olds are invigorating warm-up exercises. Kids will typically begin with a series of stretches and cardio activities, priming their bodies for energetic action.

Demonstration

Our skilled instructors will showcase an array of techniques like kicks, punches, blocks, and stances, which our kids aged 3-5 will master in each class.

Partner Drills

Following the instructional demonstration, kids will hone these techniques with a partner or on punching bags/pads using a gentle touch, enhancing their form and self-defense skills.

Life Skills

At the end of the class, we do a few cool-down exercises & life skills. We train not just the body, but the mind too! We help kids build discipline, teamwork, respect, & leadership skills. Fun activities & games keep them engaged & help teach positive character development!
